Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to establish individual treatment goals.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized therapy plans that address both immediate and long-term rehabilitation objectives.
• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as heat, cold, and ultrasound therapy—to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients, offering motivation and support to help them overcome physical challenges.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in accordance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, addressing issues such as sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
