Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, business partners, and key decision-makers.

• Present Our Company's staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients and customize service offerings based on hiring needs.

• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful talent placements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, branding efforts, and lead generation initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing responsive communication and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing is preferred.

• Experience within the staffing, recruitment, human resources, or professional services industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
