Overview Spectrum Reach ( is the advertising sales division of Spectrum. We offer best‑in‑class premium video solutions to business owners and advertising agencies nationwide. Spectrum Reach is looking for an Account Executive to join its In Market Sales Team. The role focuses on growing sales, evangelizing Spectrum Reach Media Solutions, and expanding awareness of our offerings to advertisers. The Account Executive will lead all sales and client‑management responsibilities for their book of business, driving revenue through account management and proactive selling of data‑driven media solutions. Pay Structure This position has a total earnings target of around $68,000 at budget. The base pay for this position is $27,500. Commission is uncapped, enabling high performers to control their earnings. Duties and Responsibilities Achieve sales and strategic goals. Cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies. Recognize business challenges that Spectrum Reach’s media solutions can address and connect solutions with those challenges. Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of Business. Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting style and delivery to varying technical audiences. Deliver client results that earn repeat business. Support the culture of excellence by managing accounts in‑office, prospecting in the field, and cultivating client connections. Required Qualifications Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations. 1+ years of outside or B2B sales experience. Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy. Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy‑to‑understand manner. Understanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising. Strong presentation skills and confidence negotiating with C‑level clients. Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications Accustomed to building processes to hold self‑accountable to goals; own your day. Familiarity with the Adtech ecosystem including ad network, ad exchange, SEM platform, DSP, SSP, and other online advertising technology. Progressive sales experience in digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion‑order media and/or managed services to marketing decision‑makers. Knowledge of Salesforce. Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high client relationships and business excellence. Knowledge of media research & planning tools (e.g., Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4, etc.).
