Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve residual road and rail ticket discrepancies, collaborating with the Energy Billing team to process corrections.
• Handle return load memos, support the Collections team with invoice-related questions, and coordinate with the Credit team as needed.
• Maintain and update customer information in SAP, work within TMS (Truck Transportation System), and resend invoices and agreements when necessary.
• Manage customer service emails in the shared inbox and partner with sales representatives to address ticket posting issues.
• Perform month-end responsibilities, including closing expired contracts and pulling reports such as the trucked coke report.

• The McPherson, KS location requires candidates' drug test and background check to be run through DISA.
• Preference is for candidates local to McPherson, KS, as that is the preferred location; Inver Grove Heights, MN (IGH) is a secondary option.
