Job Overview Property Casualty Sales Producer (Client Executive) – Join our P&C team in Minneapolis, MN. This role focuses on generating new sales leads, managing existing book of business, and promoting the agency in the community. Responsibilities Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings, and qualified sales calls to achieve or exceed sales goals. Partner with internal team members or experts to develop appropriate coverages for prospect sales meetings and proposals. Collaborate with the client experience team to manage existing book of business. Maintain relationships with clients, addressing changes and delivering documents as needed. Attend all sales‑related activities and promote a positive attitude in support of agency growth. Effectively communicate the company’s position and industry solutions on latest trends. Be accountable for team commitments to customers and encourage team building and coaching. Promote the agency and insurance industry in the community. Perform additional duties as requested. Qualifications Education: College degree preferred; not required. License: Ability to obtain or retain State‑specific licensing and industry specific professional designations within 90 days of hire.
