Overview Infant/Toddler Teacher (ECE Certified) – Daycare & Preschool Location: The Learning Experience – Billerica, MA Pay: $22–$23 per hour (based on credentials and experience) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday About the Role The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a certified Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our infant and toddler classrooms provide a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones. What You’ll Do Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants and toddlers Implement age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play-based learning Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing regulations Qualifications Massachusetts Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required At least 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred) Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements Benefits 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Why Join Us?
