Seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade custom applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET, Azure, React, REST APIs, Azure SQL Server, and Snowflake , with extensive experience delivering scalable cloud-based enterprise applications.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, technical leads, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise full-stack applications.

• Participate in business discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution architecture, code reviews, and development standards.

• Deliver production-ready software through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Provide production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Build modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.

• Develop backend services using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and enterprise system integrations.

• Develop cloud-native applications utilizing Microsoft Azure services.

• Design and maintain relational databases using Azure SQL Server and Snowflake.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Develop deployment documentation, operational guides, and technical documentation.

• Mentor developers and promote coding standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure SQL Server.

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and relational database development.

• Experience with Entity Framework and ORM technologies.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience developing responsive and accessible web applications.
