General Manager in Training

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000/annually Job Summary: Our GMIT role is designed to develop future General Managers — and for those who excel, our Managing Partner Program creates a pathway to deeper ownership, profit-sharing opportunity, and long-term leadership within the Buona organization.
