Business / Technical Analyst – HR PayrollOur client has a vacancy for a Business Analyst who will serve as a business and technical analyst in the HR Payroll group. The Business Analyst will support the Payroll (PMS) and W2 Amendment (W2AM) applications.Required SkillsAnalyze and document business requirements, author functional specifications, review functional specifications with business owners for approval, and review functional specifications with technical staff during transition to technical design and coding phases of the project.Author technical specifications for application changes and review technical specifications with staff during the transition to technical design and coding phases of the project.Author specifications for modifications to existing PMS programs to include new tax parameters on transactional and pay calc based reports.Work with technical analysts to research problems to find and implement solutions.Supplement the activities of the clients Integrated System Test team as necessary.
