Recruitment Coordinator

Day to Day:

The Recruiting Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a premium, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience from interview through offer stage. This position supports both corporate and high-volume hiring across the Americas and ensures compliance and quality throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruiting operations across the hiring process
• Manage offer creation, background checks, severance reviews, relocation support, immigration/visa assessments, accommodations, ER reviews, and rehire verifications
• Support recruiting workflows using HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure a high-quality stakeholder and candidate experience
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting defined service level expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
• Serve as a liaison across operational workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication
• Consult with stakeholders to recommend improvements to consistency, compliance, and overall hiring experience
• Continuously build business and functional knowledge to enhance service delivery
