Clinical Support Specialist

To support a growing clinical team, the hybrid Clinical/Account Management Support Specialist will provide clinical expertise, training, and customer care while fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring optimal patient care and safety. Key responsibilities Work with Senior Clinical Team Lead and Customer Success to enhance strategy and execution for the Glace brand Provide clinical support to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements for patient care Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and facilitating effective communication Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant clinical or healthcare experience Exposure to clinical procedures, medical devices, and patient care is a plus Experience in customer care or client-facing roles is highly desirable Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret industry best practices Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction
