Shipping and Receiving Lead
Mississippi Department of Employment Security
Key Responsibilities Include Overseeing daily shipping and receing activities Printing pick sheets and shipmeent paperwork (BOLS, packing slips, etc.) Loading and verifying cutomer orders Operating propane sit-down forklifts and other mobile equipment Supporting inventory control and warehouse organization Training team members and promoting safe work practice Leading saftey meetingsand supporting 5S initiatives Communicating with office personnel, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years of shipping/warehouse experience preferred Prior leadership experience preferred Forklift experience required Experience with shipping systems, ERP systems, or warehouse software Preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-soving skills Commitment to saftey and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Mississippi Department of Employment Security
