Litigation Associate (Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco)

A nationally recognized, growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its California litigation team, based out of Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation Draft, review, and argue motions Conduct and defend depositions Prepare witnesses and exhibits for hearings and trial Utilize e-discovery platforms and technology-assisted review tools Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal service Qualifications Active membership in the California State Bar Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Experience with motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, case file management, E-discovery software and litigation technology Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills Strong academic credentials Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market conditions. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
