Construction & Design Litigation Associate

VOYlegal is partnering with a highly regarded AmLaw 200 firm that is seeking a midlevel Construction & Design Litigation Associate to join its Seattle office. This role is ideal for an attorney with three to five years of litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility within a nationally recognized construction practice. The associate will work on sophisticated construction, design professional liability, surety, and infrastructure disputes while managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting complex motions. Key Requirements: Three to five years of litigation experience with an Am Law 200 firm, regional litigation boutique, or comparable practice Experience with construction, design professional liability, surety, or related infrastructure disputes Ability to manage discovery, handle depositions, and draft complex motions independently or with limited supervision Trial, arbitration, or hearing experience is strongly preferred The position offers a 1,800-hour billable expectation, a hybrid schedule, and base compensation of $220,000–$280,000 depending on class year.
