Job Overview Bloomingdale's Fine Jewelry Sales Professionals guide and inspire customers to create style as a source of creative energy in their lives. With a passion for gracious service, fashion insight, and product knowledge, they establish and cultivate long‑term client relationships both in store and online. Sales Professionals deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through conversational expertise, welcoming and engaging interactions, and by supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. They are responsible for actively circulating the sales floor, determining customer needs, sharing the benefits of our Loyalty programs, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. Operational excellence is achieved by leveraging our store’s fulfillment system, selling standards, floor organization, and adherence to “Do It Right” Asset Protection Standards.
