Responsibilities Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self‑motivated Ability to make presentations to potential customers Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Compensation Base Salary starting between $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience; no maximum on compensation with bonus and commissions; total comp could range between $70K-$100K Qualifications Licensed as Property and Casualty in states: TN, GA, AL, and KY.
