C.R. England is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based out of Ocala, Florida. This full-time position offers weekly home time, consistent freight, strong earning potential, and brand-new equipment.Hiring AreaTarget applicants within a 75-mile radius of Ocala, Florida.Drivers must be able to report to the Ocala account as required.CompensationAverage weekly pay: $1,418; average annualized pay: $73,779.Top weekly pay: $1,464; top annualized pay: $76,152.Experience-based band rates plus unload pay.Schedule and Home TimeHome weekly for a 34-hour reset.Typically three turns per week with an average of three to five stops per load.Job ResponsibilitiesDedicated regional Dollar Tree routes.Touch-freight position; drivers unload freight at customer locations using rollers.Ideal for drivers who want consistent freight and do not mind staying active.Delivery AreaRoutes originate in Ocala and include Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, Orlando, and surrounding areas.EquipmentBrand-new sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions pulling 53-foot dry van trailers.Drivers may take trucks home if they have a safe and secure place to park.RequirementsValid Class A CDL and minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience.Must be comfortable unloading freight using rollers and safely performing the physical duties of the position.BenefitsMedical, dental, life and disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan and paid vacation.Weekly home time, consistent dedicated freight, modern equipment and career advancement opportunities.
