Job Description Job Description Labor Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Office Admin to join our team in the staffing industry. This is a full-time position. Job Description: Source and screen candidates for open positions Post job openings on appropriate job boards Communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews Assist with the hiring and onboarding process Work with management to identify and fill staffing needs Answer and direct incoming phone calls Maintain accurate candidate and applicant records Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates Ensure a professional and positive hiring experience Requirements: Ability to show up and work entire shift.
