Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for sourcing and cultivating client relationships, prospecting new commercial listings and tenants, and managing transactions from initial contact through closing. Daily activities include conducting property tours, preparing market analyses and financial summaries, negotiating lease and sale terms, and coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders. The broker will develop and implement marketing strategies for properties, maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records, and participate in team meetings and training sessions that reflect the company’s energetic, high-performance culture. This position requires consistent in-person engagement with clients, property owners, and team members across the Miami commercial real estate market. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong commercial real estate skills, including property valuation, market analysis, and transaction management. Candidates should possess advanced client-facing skills, such as relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written documentation, confident presentations, and professional interpersonal interaction. Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, such as time management, pipeline tracking, and basic financial modeling. Active Florida real estate sales associate or broker license (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) is required. Prior experience in commercial leasing or investment sales is strongly preferred. Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment with measurable sales targets. Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and standard office software.
