The Travel Inventory Associate travels with the team weekly to customer locations across their region, scanning barcodes for current inventory to provide accurate information that helps customers make better business decisions. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. The Inventory Associate – Driver is a critical team member, ensuring safe transport of associates and increasing customer satisfaction while meeting company goals. Team Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights a week, including out of state travel, at employer expense No previous inventory experience necessary Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, picker, packer, driver, or warehouse work is preferred Access to reliable transportation Driver Requirements Must be 21 years old or older Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience Willingness to submit to pre- employment investigative consumer report, pre- employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive use of both hands and wrists, frequently being in low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, and the use of a ladder. It also involves lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. and frequent travel by car or occasionally by plane, including overnight stays 3-5 days a week.
