Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Representative
The Wilhite Law Firm is a premier personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and sales, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from potential clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide exemplary customer service to both clients and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct in-depth initial consultations with potential clients to evaluate their cases and determine eligibility.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to address inquiries and supply comprehensive information about our services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance client engagement strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $26.00-30.00 per hour + monthly commissions, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with legal management software is a plus.
