Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct customer-facing experience, including project coordination, account support, design, development, or service.
• 1+ years of experience preparing quotations, supporting pricing activities, or performing cost estimating.
• Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite.
• Effective project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as both a project coordinator and quoting support specialist, adapting to team priorities as needed.
• Apply a structured project management methodology for engagements across all Advanced Services departments.
• Coordinate all logistics and documentation for customer projects.
• Prepare and maintain management reporting including sales metrics, delivery metrics, and operational KPIs as needed.
• Facilitate communication and issue escalation regarding scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, or performance risks.
