Capital Markets Legal VP - Equity & Debt

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for the Global Investment Banking Legal Practice Group to focus on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades and private placements, drafting and negotiating the full range of documentation.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Conflicts and Litigation teams and supervise external counsel as needed, while contributing to regulatory risk mitigation and industry
