Membership Sales ConsultantThe Los Angeles Rams are looking for a Membership Sales Consultant to join our Sales team and make an immediate impact on revenue for the 2026 season and beyond. Reporting to the Manager of Membership & Group Sales, this individual will be responsible for selling a full menu of ticket products for the Los Angeles Rams.Job Responsibilities:Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Los Angeles Rams, including but not limited to Stadium Seat Licenses (SSLs), Group Tickets & Single Game Suite RentalsTurn prospects into loyal customers and make them apart of the RAMilyClose sales by recommending the right seating products for our clients' personal or professional needsEarn referral business by networking with existing and soon-to-be clientsCollaborate daily, working with your fellow teammates to discover best practices for sales and prospectingCordially and effectively handle incoming interest calls and information requests from prospective clients for all ticket sales productsExecute and lead sales presentations, both on site within the stadium, virtually, and offsite at prospect locations throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California regionUtilize company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activityCreate, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all sales processesExceed individual sales goals and meeting targetsWillingness to assist service team during peak times and play a helping role in other departments as neededParticipate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as requiredWorking various roles on gamedays to assist the overall ticketing sales and service team needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree1-2 years sports sales experienceHighly motivated self-starter with a passion for strategic thinkingCoachable and eager to learn every dayAbility to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with othersExceptional organizational skillsStrong problem-solving skills and general creativityStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers and internal teamCandidate should possess an optimistic, team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointFamiliar with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Digital Presentation toolsWork Environment:Housing and transportation within 45 miles of Woodland Hills, CAReliable transportation is required for periodic local travel and all work-related mileage will be reimbursedThe Rams require 4 days in office per week (Monday - Thursday).Ability to work irregular hours, including Rams Home Games, special events, nights, weekends and holidaysValid Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentationsAbility to travel around the stadium interacting with clients and fans during home gamesComputer and desk work a significant part of daily activitiesSitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of timeOccasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be requiredPay Rate: $24.04/hr. + overtime eligibility + commission and bonus based on performance and company target goalsThe Los Angeles Rams are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
