Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives at a manufacturing facility. This individual will partner closely with plant leadership to foster a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and drive continuous improvement across all EH&S programs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety programs and compliance initiatives. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state environmental regulations, and applicable permits. Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting. Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver employee safety training while promoting a proactive safety culture. Support Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management, and contractor safety programs. Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership on capital projects and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor EH&S performance metrics and communicate results to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, environmental permitting, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
