Wir helfen Marken wie Snocks, Kickz, Blackroll, Hellofresh, Holy oder Elevate , ihre Conversion Rate zu optimieren. Wir skalieren – und suchen dafür einen Sales Outreach Specialist, der den Top of Funnel füllt und qualifizierte Meetings für unser Sales Team bucht. Aufgaben The Position: Sales Outreach Specialist Als Sales Outreach Specialist bist du die erste Stimme, die potenzielle Kunden von DRIP hören. Du öffnest Türen bei D2C Brands, weckst Interesse in den ersten 10 Sekunden und übergibst qualifizierte Leads an unsere Account Executives. Du arbeitest eng mit Sales & Founder Team, testest neue Ansprachen und Skripte und entwickelst dich messbar an deinen Zahlen. Du liebst das Telefon, lässt dich von einem "Nein" nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und weißt: Cold Calling ist Handwerk – kein Glücksspiel. Deine Aufgaben Outbound Calling: Du führst täglich qualifizierte Calls bei D2C Brands im DACH-Raum Lead Qualifizierung: Du erkennst im Gespräch, ob ein Lead Fit ist – und übergibst sauber an den AE Meeting Booking: Du buchst qualifizierte Termine in den Kalender unserer Account Executives Multichannel Outreach: Du kombinierst Calls mit LinkedIn & Email für maximalen Impact CRM & Reporting: Du dokumentierst sauber in Close, trackst deine KPIs und optimierst kontinuierlich Skript-Testing: Du testest Openings, Pitches und Objection Handling – und iterierst datenbasiert Qualifikation Must-Haves: Du hast keine Angst vor dem Telefon – im Gegenteil Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (Native) & Englisch Hohes Energielevel und Eigenantrieb – auch beim 80.
