We’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for someone to build a world-class product development organization capable of launching products quickly, consistently, and at scale. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Head of Product & Commercialization to own our entire physical product development process from concept through commercial launch. Today, we work with multiple overseas suppliers across numerous product categories. We have dozens of products, samples, revisions, timelines, and production decisions happening simultaneously. Your job is to build order out of that complexity. You will own the process that turns ideas into successful products while ensuring launches happen on time, at target cost, and at the quality our customers expect. This is not a just a design role. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to commercialize physical consumer products. What You'll Own Build and manage the entire product development pipeline Own every product from initial concept through launch Manage multiple suppliers across different countries Drive sample development and revisions Create clear development timelines and keep projects on schedule Manage costing, target margins, and value engineering Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and timelines Improve quality control throughout development and production Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Creative, and Leadership before every launch Ensure products are production-ready with complete specifications and documentation Build scalable systems for launching products consistently Identify manufacturing risks before they become problems Lead commercialization planning so products launch successfully, not just get manufactured We're Looking For Someone Who Has Years in product development or commercialization Experience at a rapidly growing consumer brand Ideally helped scale a brand from approximately $10M to $200M+ in annual revenue Strong apparel experience preferred, though consumer products are also welcome Successfully taken multiple physical products from concept through sampling, production, and commercial launch Deep supplier management experience Strong manufacturing knowledge Excellent costing and margin analysis skills Experience negotiating with overseas factories Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage dozens of products simultaneously Bonus Experience Building tech packs and product documentation Apparel manufacturing Soft goods Home products Wellness products International sourcing China and Southeast Asia supplier management PLM or product lifecycle management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Free the Sheep
