Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:
Represent clients at arraignments, motions, contested hearings, and trials
Draft persuasive motions and constitutional arguments
Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies
Negotiate with prosecutors for dismissals and favorable resolutions
Maintain strong, client-first communication during high-stress situations

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:
J.D. and an active Minnesota law license in good standing
0–3 years of criminal law experience (internships, clerkships, or public defender experience welcomed)
Strong courtroom presence and litigation mindset
Excellent writing and negotiation skills
High emotional intelligence and client advocacy focus
Strong, highly proficient technical skills
