Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Tech

This is a 13-week contract position.

4 ten-hour days with 10-11 call shifts per month, including weekends.

The Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Tech provides crucial support in the execution of catheterization and interventional procedures. This role includes scrubbing and circulating cases in a fast-paced environment, requiring a strong background in cardiovascular interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of patients undergoing interventional procedures.
• Scrub and circulate during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with the Cath Lab team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Manage and operate equipment effectively, including ACIST injectors, IABP, and IVUS.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with a West Virginia license.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Experience with IABP and IVUS is highly preferred.
