TLDR You will own high‑priority financial analyses that underpin major initiatives around Anduril You will partner with leadership and teams from across the business to unpack ambiguous problems, develop a thorough understanding, and provide solutions (with a financial lens) Your work will vary from quick‑turn analytical problem solving to process improvements and building out financial models The Strategic Finance team has three primary responsibilities Special projects: frequently pulled into high‑priority problems that do not fall neatly into an existing person’s job description. Pricing strategy: a key pillar in how we price products across the company and own a large part of this work. Maturing financial frameworks: bring financial rigor to decisions about investments in new products, facilities, and more. What you’ll do on the Strategic Finance Team Own projects end‑to‑end, from definition to implementation, and solve ambiguous, messy problems. Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines while also building scalable solutions for long‑term success. Project manage across many stakeholders; lead meetings and coordinate large groups. Work across functions to learn Anduril’s business top‑to‑bottom, interacting with Finance, Growth, Engineering, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Recruiting, and more. Own detailed financial models from data gathering through presentation. Build P&L models for products, business lines, divisions, and acquisitions. Build novel financial frameworks for operational decisions such as facilities, manufacturing, and supply chain. Work on novel pricing frameworks for new technologies that the USG has never acquired before. Build out models to justify pricing and show impact on Anduril and the customer. Brainstorm ways of monetizing Anduril products and technology. Deeply embed with engineering, sales, and proposals teams on major new efforts. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar. Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts. Strong analytical aptitude and ability to translate numbers into strategic, actionable insights. Proficiency in executing analyses quickly in Excel. Self‑driven and relentlessly proactive. Proactive problem‑solving without waiting on others. Ability to quantify complex, often ambiguous problems. Willingness to learn corporate systems such as Salesforce and analytic/dashboards such as Palantir Foundry. Strong communication skills for a broad audience, including senior leadership. Flexibility to manage work‑life balance with responsiveness to urgent requests. U.S. Person status required due to export‑controlled data access. US Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 USD. The salary range is an estimate; actual offer may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Equity grants and comprehensive benefits are included in the total compensation package.
