Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home in Madras, Oregon, while providing outpatient services. We utilize modern telehealth technologies to facilitate your interactions with clients, ensuring you have the tools needed to conduct effective virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments for new clients to gather relevant background information and determine therapy goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, ensuring that all plans are evidence-based and outcome-driven.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing interventions that are supported by current research in the field.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training to enhance professional skills and maintain licensure.

• Stay current with advancements in marriage and family therapy and apply innovative techniques in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual LMFT, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families, facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in diagnosing and developing treatment plans using the DSM-5.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
