Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder to support precision welding operations in aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role focuses on producing high-quality welds on critical components such as heat pipes and cooling devices used in advanced systems, including satellites. • Perform high-precision TIG welding on aerospace-grade materials and components
• Set up and operate manual TIG welding equipment, adjusting parameters as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and detailed work instructions
• Inspect finished welds using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Maintain accurate production documentation and meet daily production goals

• High school diploma, GED, or technical training preferred
• 5+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably in a production environment
• Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, copper nickel, copper, and other alloys
• Ability to pass weld tests and required aerospace certifications
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight tolerances

• Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask in a repetitive, goal-driven environment
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to be cross-trained
• Ability to work overtime/weekends and pass required eye exams

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
