What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience—from purchase to delivery and beyond. Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional support via phone and internal systems Resolve customer inquiries and issues independently and efficiently Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Perform administrative and clerical tasks in a timely manner Update and manage customer service reports What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and confident communicating with others. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred 1–3 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar) Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills Strong written communication and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and customer management systems Professional demeanor and clear speaking voice Full-time, onsite role Schedule varies within: Tuesday–Saturday Between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Why Join Us We don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
