Sales Development Representative
Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Sales Development Representative - this is an onsite role in San Francisco. Salary range: 60-70K USD base (OTE: ~$120K) plus benefits plus equity. We help enterprises use AI to interact with their customers. We're building state of the art voice agents. At one year old, our AI is already handling millions of phone calls for iconic companies like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks for everything from sales to customer support to logistics. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Y Combinator, Michael Seibel, Alexandr Wang, Suhail Doshi, and Scott Wu.
About This Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 02 years of experience to join Simple AI's lean, fast-moving go-to-market team. You'll be on the front lines of outbound growth cold calling, prospecting, and representing Simple at conferences helping bring AI-powered voice agents to iconic enterprise brands. This role is built for someone with serious grit, high energy, and a hunger to grind.
What will you be doing?
- Cold calling prospects daily this is a high-volume, phone-first role requiring resilience and determination
- Running outbound sequences via cold email and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline
- Attending conferences to attract prospects to the booth and book meetings for AEs
- Completing a prospecting take-home exercise and writing compelling outreach copy as part of the interview process and then doing it for real
- Collaborating closely with 2 AEs and the broader GTM team (growth marketing, GTM ops) to move deals forward
Key Requirements
- 02 years of experience; new grads welcome personality and grit matter more than tenure
- High energy, upbeat, and genuinely excited you'll be cold calling and working a conference booth, so charisma is non-negotiable
- Willingness to grind: 5 days/week in-office in SF (plus Sunday half-days) with early starts to reach East Coast clients
- Comfortable with travel roughly once a month for conferences
- Strong written outreach skills and ability to prospect quality leads independently
