Accounting Clerk at Kenwood Dealer Group

Shift Into Your New Role as an Accounting Clerk Kenwood Dealer Group has a need for an Accounting Clerk. Applicant is responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and correcting accounting schedules and working directly with management on accounting related tasks. Great attention to detail in a high-volume work environment is a must. Applicant will also cross train for other administrative positions in the future in addition to any other duties as assigned. Position will be located in our corporate office on Socialville-Foster near the Mason-Montgomery intersection. Responsibilities Reconcile scheduled accounts Provide accounting and clerical support Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records Provide assistance and support to company personnel Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Function in accordance with established standards, and procedures Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward 2+ years accounting experience Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office, Excel, hands-on experience with spreadsheets. Accuracy and attention to detail and being well organized Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks Data entry and word processing skills High school degree / GED Preferred qualifications Experience in automotive administration Attention to detail; ability to multi-task Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus Enjoy the Ride!
