Outside Sales Representative (B2B / Territory – Uncapped Commission)
Pompano Beach, FL | $55K - $60K Base + Uncapped Commission ( First year OTE $90K -$100K )
We’ve partnered with a growing, industry-leading service company looking to add a driven Outside Sales Representative to their Miami team.
This is a true territory-based B2B sales role where you’ll be building relationships with local businesses and selling a recurring service — not a one-time transaction.
If you come from uniform services, food distribution, or route-based sales, this is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and win new business within your territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to close
- Build long-term relationships with commercial clients
- Track activity, pipeline, and weekly performance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure strong service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Strong prospecting and closing ability
- Experience managing a territory
- Competitive, self-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation (local travel only)
Compensation:
- Base + Uncapped commission (most reps earn $90K–$100K+ year one)
- Mileage reimbursement
- No overnight travel
