Warehouse Team Leads

Position Description Ryder is hiring Warehouse Team Leads in Opa Locka, FL. The role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Pay and Benefits Warehouse positions pay weekly. Hourly Pay: $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency. Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members towards improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in employee orientation and provide necessary information, technology, and tools. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc. Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred. One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred. One (1) year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred. One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge of and experience with an RF scanner advanced required. Valid forklift operator's license certified. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership skills. Strong flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Proactive approach to responsibilities. Maintains composure under pressure. Works using health and safety methods. Bilingual (For Québec locations only).
