Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Newport Beach, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and guide them through insurance product options using SmartFinancial’s platform. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting solutions, following up on opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed performance goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with team members on sales strategies, and providing a professional, customer-centric experience throughout the sales process. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including comfort with high call volumes and closing over the phone. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience. Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective customers. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, follow up consistently, and support customer retention. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively. Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using CRM systems and basic computer applications; prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
