We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company seeking a Senior Corporate Controller to lead its accounting organization during a period of significant growth. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, cost accounting, and process improvements across a multi-site organization. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead all corporate accounting functions including general ledger, financial reporting, cost accounting, consolidations, and month‑end close. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Manage multi‑entity and multi‑site consolidations while ensuring consistency across the organization. Improve financial processes, internal controls, and shorten the month‑end close cycle. Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic business support. Lead external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Drive ERP optimization and support future system implementations. Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, and operational finance. Develop and mentor a high‑performing accounting team while fostering continuous improvement. Support acquisition integration efforts and help standardize financial processes across newly acquired businesses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required. 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Strong experience with multi‑entity consolidations and multi‑site operations. Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required. Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience leading ERP implementations or major system improvements preferred. Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while remaining involved in day‑to‑day operations.
