Job Summary: The Business Development Representative’s primary goal is to generate new business opportunities for Rydin and establish a customer communication record in our customer relationship management system (CRM). The Business Development Representative will contact prospective customers withing our markets, send samples and establish a relationship to build our accounts. After establishing a relationship with the customer, Business Development manages the transition from Sales Development to the proper Account Representative. Job Responsibilities: Effectively prospect Rydin’s territories to source new business opportunities Research potential customers and add complete details in Rydin’s customer relationship management system. Perform the required number of outbound sales contacts daily. Establish the correct point of contact to efficiently qualify a prospect Respond to inbound new customer inquiries. Complete a minimum number of successfully direct sourced new business account transitions Account Representative. Fully remote position. Must have working internet meeting Rydin’s speed and security requirements.
