This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a sustainable work-life balance while still maintaining high levels of engagement with clients through telehealth platforms. You will primarily conduct virtual sessions but may travel to our outpatient office for administrative tasks or team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather pertinent information.

• Deliver therapy to a diverse clientele, including serving individuals, couples, and families. Leverage evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using our practice management software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to promote best practices and collaborate on treatment strategies for complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
