Responsibilities include patient registration, verifying insurance, collecting co-payments, and providing support throughout the patient care process.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and verify demographic, financial, and insurance information.Accurately process patient registrations and obtain necessary signatures.Calculate and collect payments such as co-pays and deductibles.Provide excellent customer service, helping patients with inquiries and directions.Collaborate with financial counselors on complex cases.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required.1 year of relevant experience in patient access or customer service preferred.EPIC experience preferred.Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology.Strong communication and time management skills.Pay Range: $24-29.00 per hour depending on location and shift.
