Work Environment

The full-time position requires working onsite within patients' homes across the Leesburg area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional limitations and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain effective communication through verbal, written, and electronic methods with both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans, providing them with tools and resources for recovery.

• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote wellness and accessibility to physical therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, providing care that enhances mobility, reduces pain, and promotes recovery within the comfort of their own homes. Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
