Warranty AdministratorWelcome to Mills Auto Group, where we are currently seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of warranty claims and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate with manufacturers to resolve warranty issuesMaintain organized records of warranty claims and approvalsAssist customers with warranty-related inquiriesBook warranty repair orders.Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow upService contract claim submission and follow up.Maintain receivables schedules.Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisorsRequirements:Prior experience in warranty administrationExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skillsProficiency in using warranty claim softwareWarranty experience preferredDetail-orientedAbility to work well with others and be part of a teamProficiency Microsoft OfficeGeneral accounting knowledge preferredBenefits:Competitive compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearSemi-monthly payment scheduleHealth insurance and retirement benefitsOpportunities for career growth and developmentHealth, Dental, Medical401KPaid Time OffAbout the Company:Mills Auto Group is a leading automotive dealership with a reputation for excellence in customer service and vehicle sales.
