Automotive Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while supporting our service department and delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Show up on time ready to work each day Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment Process warranty claims daily as customers pick up their vehicles Review repair orders for proper time stamps, documentation, and technician notes Return repair orders to service advisors when corrections are required Log returned repair orders with detailed reasons for tracking and accountability Submit repairs for digital imaging approvals when required Submit repairs to the powertrain center for authorization as needed Communicate approvals and denials promptly to service advisors Notify management of any rejected claims Monitor and report any warranty receivable over 30 days to management Reconcile and clear warranty schedules; post warranty payables accurately Qualifications Previous automotive warranty or dealership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlinesEffective communication skills with team members and managementProficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the organization If you are dependable, detail-driven, and ready to contribute to a high-performing service team, we encourage you to apply today #J-18808-Ljbffr
