Position Overview:

The Radiology Supervisor will oversee the department's daily operations, ensuring high-quality imaging services and patient care. This role includes supervising technologists, managing scheduling and workflow, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting staff development and training initiatives. The supervisor will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other department leaders to promote excellence in imaging services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations of radiology services.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide mentorship and training.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment quality assurance and oversee service needs.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment focused on patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification is required.
• Current Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist license.
• Minimum of three years of clinical radiology experience; 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
