Luxury Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT Preferred)

Questar Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our luxury residential community. You will assist in building grounds repairs, prep vacant units, inspect for cleanliness and repairs, and respond to service requests in a courteous, timely manner. The role requires a high school diploma, Universal CFC license, and at least 4 years of related experience; CAMT is preferred. You should be able to read work orders and safety rules, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work #J-18808-Ljbffr Laphcc
