Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include delivering high-quality therapeutic services aimed at enhancing clients’ mental health and overall well-being. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs and guide diagnosis.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Documenting all clinical events meticulously to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to aid in effective treatment planning.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and optimize treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintaining up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

• Upholding the ethical and legal standards of practice, including commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role directly involves supporting a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be working with patients who may experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life stressors. Your ability to build therapeutic rapport and provide culturally competent care will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for establishing connections with clients.

• A strong commitment to inclusivity and cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required qualifications set a foundational expectation, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic methodologies, experience working in community health settings, or previous roles that involved case management or crisis intervention will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also preferred.
