About the Role
As a BCBA with Sunshine Care Network, you will:
- Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLSR, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support.
- Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain highquality clinical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Commitment to familycentered, interdisciplinary care
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
