Family, we nurture our team members and customers. The Big Task You will drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business. Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals. Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals. Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers. Communicate and align with other departments and functions. Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics. Training sales and technicians as necessary. Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing. Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value. Desired Skills and Experience Must have strong selling skills. Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
